Consultations

Consultations are available by appointment only. Consultations are held in my home/office, or we will travel to meet you depending on your location, schedule, etc.

Pre-Consultation Questionnaire

Please call us, email us or fill out the Preconsultation Questionnaire form to schedule your consultation. This will help us prepare for the consultation and allow us to have a fun, productive meeting.

What To Expect

The first consultation typically lasts 1-1½ hours. It is a laid back session where we bounce around ideas and discuss your event.

What Should I Bring?

To help in the design process, please bring as many of the following items with you to the consultation as you can. If you haven't nailed down a theme or color scheme, that's ok, we will help you sort it all out during our initial consultation.

Do I get to see flowers at my appointment?

Because we are home-based, we do not keep stock or inventory. The initial consultation is also a chance for us to get an idea of who you are so we really don't have the flowers figured out yet. The initial appointment is more of a fact-finding session than a design-session.

If you wish to see flowers in real life, you may schedule a design session. There is a fee for this session and the fee includes the cost of flowers. Keep in mind we may not be able to order all the flowers for your wedding since some of them may be seasonal.

What Happens Next?

After your initial consultation, we will email a proposal. This proposal will include a price quote and pictures of design inspirations we will be using to create your designs.

If you approve the proposal, we will send you a contract via email. Or if you wish, you may schedule another appointment to sign the contract.

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is due to hold your date. All dates are reserved on a first come, first book basis.

We will contact you a month before your event. You may schedule a follow-up consultation or simply talk over email and phone. We will confirm and finalize your order, making any necessary adjustments. Your final payment is due at this time.

We will email a delivery time line and confirmation the week before your event.
